2. No Liability for Wagering or Outcomes

NexCore Consulting LLC, Duke Matties, and all associated partners, representatives, or contractors are not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from:

Technical issues, errors, delays, or interruptions,

Reliance on opinions or insights expressed through our Services.

You participate at your own risk and release us from all claims or liabilities resulting from your use of our content.

3. Subscription Memberships & Billing

By subscribing to any Duke’s Picks membership (including Basic or VIP), you agree to the following:

a. Auto-Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the stated interval (weekly or monthly) until canceled.

You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.

b. Cancel Anytime

You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund previous charges.

c. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may:

Retry the charge,

Suspend community access,

Revoke VIP privileges,

Or terminate your membership entirely.

d. Pricing Changes

We may adjust pricing with advance notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

4. Digital Product & Community Access

Purchases and memberships provide a limited, non-transferable license to use our content.

You agree not to:

Share login credentials,

Resell access,

Provide community posts, links, or content to non-members.

We may revoke access for violations without refund.

Replay access, livestream availability, and educational content schedules may vary and are not guaranteed.

5. Community Guidelines

By accessing the Duke’s Picks Community, you agree to:

Treat other members with respect,

Not post illegal, abusive, or defamatory content,

Not promote outside paid services, solicit sales, or spam,

Not share screenshots or content outside the community,

Not post personal or financial information of others.

We may remove content or ban users at our discretion.

6. Use of User-Generated Content (UGC)

By posting inside the Duke’s Picks Community or submitting feedback to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

Display, reproduce, and use your posts for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes,

Showcase general community activity and results,

Highlight discussions, insights, or learning outcomes.

However:

We will never publicly display your full name, username, or identity without your explicit permission.

We may use anonymized text such as:
“A member said…” or “VIP member shared…”

If you submit an official review or testimonial, you grant permission for us to display it with the name you provide.

If you do not want a specific post used, you may request removal at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All Duke’s Picks materials — videos, audio, graphics, insights, and community content — are the property of NexCore Consulting LLC.

You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display our content without written consent.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Because our memberships and digital access deliver immediate value, we do not offer refunds or prorated credits after purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexCore Consulting LLC and its representatives are not liable for:

Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
